Therefore, when you install the NEUGART planetary reducer, please install and apply it carefully in strict accordance with the following installation and application matters.

First, it is necessary to determine whether the motor and reducer are intact before installation, and it is necessary to strictly check whether the size of each part connected by the motor and the XZ walking reducer is matched. Here are the specifications and matching tolerances of the fixed punch, the key shaft and the concave groove of the reducer of the motor.

Second, unscrew the screws on the antifouling holes on both sides of the reducer flange, adjust the tightening ring of the PCS system so that the side holes are aligned with the two ends of the antifouling holes, insert the inner hexagon and tighten. After that, take off the motor shaft key.

Third, the motor is connected with the reducer naturally. When connecting, it is necessary to ensure that the output shaft of the reducer and the motor input shaft have the same concentricity, and the two sides of the flange is parallel. If the concentricity is inconsistent, it will cause motor shaft fracture or reducer transmission gear damage.
