GM series hydraulic motor is radial plunger type hydraulic motor, on the basis of the original design improvement. The GM series motor shell strength increases, the internal dynamic element bearing capacity increases.
This feature gives the series motors a high continuous power range. Due to high mechanical and volumetric efficiency, while reducing internal unit load, heat generation and associated negative effects are reduced.
Main features:
1) Because there is no lateral force between the piston and the swing cylinder, the bottom of the piston is designed to be static pressure balance, and the torque is transferred between the piston and the crankshaft through the rolling bearing, which reduces the friction loss in the transmission process. Therefore, AKS series hydraulic motors are characterized by high mechanical efficiency and high starting torque (mechanical efficiency above 0.92 when starting).
2) The plane distributor is simple and reliable, improves the sealing performance, so the low speed stability is good, little leakage. The plastic piston ring is used to seal the piston and the swing cylinder without leakage, so it has a high volumetric efficiency (up to 0.98).
3) Because the structure reduces the friction loss, improve the sealing performance, so the low speed stability is good, can operate smoothly in 1r/min working condition, wide speed range (speed adjustment ratio up to 1000)
4) Since there is no gap between the piston and the bearing sleeve through the clamp, this series of hydraulic motors can operate under pump condition. When the oil inlet is closed, the motor can operate at high speed under free wheel condition.
5) The series of hydraulic motor pressure is high, the maximum pressure can be 45MPa. Light weight, small size, high power.
6) Due to the simple structure, reasonable design, the use of large load capacity of the bearing, so reliable work, long life, low noise, the transmission shaft allows to bear radial load, the direction of rotation can be reversed.








The OMS-35 hydraulic motor has small size, small inertia torque and dexterous posture. It can be used in places with high commutation frequency, but the leakage is relatively large and the hydraulic motor is unstable when running at low speed. Therefore, vane type hydraulic motor is generally used for high speed ratio, small torque and flexible operation.
