OMS modular series hydraulic motors are designed for walking drive of work pieces or equipment with compact structure and size elements and high output torque. OMS motors based on modular design, easy to match with any structure (whether wheel or shaft output, with or without brakes......) Are the ideal partners to get your work done.

This series of motors has the following main features:

1. Modular design;

3, high working pressure, low speed performance;

4, can bear radial and axial load;

5, with mechanical brake.

OMS motor has formed 10 series of more than 100 specifications, the displacement range of 172-15000ML/r. It can be widely used in engineering machinery, construction machinery, mining machinery, lifting and transporting equipment, heavy metallurgy machine, geological drilling and other equipment, especially suitable for driving wheel walking mechanism.

(1) The on-off working pressure of the motor refers to the large allowable working pressure of the oil inlet of the motor, and the continuous working pressure refers to the pressure difference between the oil inlet and the oil return port.

(2) The OMS-02 hydraulic motor is not allowed to be applied under high speed ratio and working pressure at the same time.

(3) In the case of interrupted work, the motor can not operate more than 10% of the time per minute.

(4), the temperature is 80℃.

(5) Generally speaking, the axial sealing parts selected for OMS-83 hydraulic motor can bear higher working pressure, but in order to obtain better service life and overall physical performance, it is strongly recommended that the back pressure should not exceed 5MPa. If the back pressure exceeds 5MPa, it is suggested to connect the exhaust oil pipe. When connecting the exhaust oil pipe, the motor should always be filled with oil. In addition to maintaining low back pressure, the exhaust pipe can also bring the damaged and polluted substances inside the motor, and form a certain cooling effect.

(6) There should be a run-in time before the full load of the motor. It is highly recommended that the run-in period is 1 hour below 30% of the greater working pressure.
