In my work, customers often complain that the performance of the motor is not very good. However, through analysis of many problems, it is found that the OMS-50 hydraulic motor has a wide range of non-standard applications in specific applications, leading to poor performance or destruction of the motor.
Assembly (1) The assembly of cycloidal hydraulic motor fixed rubber bearing should have sufficient bending stiffness. When the system software has the influence of working pressure, the motor is not allowed to vibrate, so it is easy to destroy the motor.
(2) The input and output shaft of the QJM hydraulic motor should be connected with the coaxial axis of the shaft coupling axis.
(3) When the oil inlet and return of the motor is seamless steel pipe, the internal stress of the pipeline should be completely removed, and the mutual force effect of the pipeline is not allowed on the motor. When connecting the drainage pipeline, the oil return friction resistance should be in the following 0.3MPa, independent connection oil box, do not connect with other oil return pipelines, if the oil return friction resistance (back pressure type) is too high, it will cause the motor's technical performance will be affected.
(4) Before the end of the motor installation, the motor shell should be filled with cleaned gear oil from the two oil holes. Rotate the export shaft, if no abnormal can be installed by computer.
(5) The axial load borne by the motor export shaft need not exceed the standard value, otherwise it may harm the stability of the motor and reduce its service life.
(6) When the motor is put into operation for less than 200h, the oil should be changed and the oil filter should be cleaned.
