Hydraulic Motor Structural Design And Performance Advantages

Jun 08, 2026

Hydraulic motors are the core components of hydraulic systems that convert hydraulic energy into mechanical energy, and are widely used in engineering machinery, industrial equipment, and automated production lines. Their performance directly affects the power output, operational stability, and service life of the equipment.

The internal structure of a hydraulic motor consists of precision components such as a distributor plate, piston pairs, and bearing assemblies. The Parker F12 series employs a swashplate axial piston design, adjusting the swashplate angle to change the displacement. This structure achieves a balance between volumetric weight ratio (77kg) and radial load capacity (1900kg). Compared to gear motors, it exhibits less pressure fluctuation and approximately 15% improved starting efficiency; compared to vane motors, it offers significant advantages in low-speed stability, making it particularly suitable for hydraulic machinery requiring frequent start-stop operations.
